Localization Widgets

Widgets is awesome plugin, but not ready for localization, especially for non-latin languages.

The patch fix localization bugs and make it "ready for localization" as WordPress, translations just need to translate PO file.

You should apply patch ​#2887 at WordPress trac to get full translated Widgets plugin.

The PO file contain all string use "widgets" domain, "gettext" functions wich uses for create daily POT files for WordPress can't get some strings because they don't use "_ _" or "_e" functions, like "register_sidebar_widget" function, also it will include some strings uses default domain, keep them in default domain will save translators' time and will not provide two translations for one string. So, i modified the PO file manualy.

Please test it with or without localized WordPress version, and tell me about the bugs (if you was caught any of them) and write patches if you can.

Gettext strings in Widgets plugin should use 'widgets' domain because they are not available in default gettext domain, except those available.

Some lines i was modifed for (Right-To-Left) languages, i revert them now to original for (Left-To-Right) languages.
