     3This plugin allows you to hide all posts belonging to a specific category from the user, based on the user's permissions. Posts and categories can be hidden entirely, or a message can be displayed.

     5This plugin has only been tested for !WordPress 2.0. It should and may work for earlier versions. (Please test and update this page!)

     9 1. Download the latest distribution from [http://www.coppit.org/code/]  
     10 2. Unpack the archive into your ''wp-content/plugins'' directory using a command like ''zcat category-access-0.4.0.tar.gz | tar xfz -''. 
     11 3. Activate the plugin on the plugin screen 
     12 4. By default, all categories will be hidden. Go to the "Category Access" page in options to change these. 
     13 5. To set category access on a user-by-user basis, edit the user's profile.
