I'm also getting the same kind of spam. Looking at the code for version 1.3 (which i never recieved spam with) there is a function called 'function wpcf_is_malicious($input)' which looks like it notices these kinds of attampts as Malicious, i.e. looks to find 'mime-content' etc, i've noticed that this is in the new release for wp2.0 aswell but im wondering it its not getting called or something, my knowledge of PHP is very minimal so i could be on the completely wrong line here.
