+Order lookup (WooCommerce only): the plugin adds a route to your own site, `/wp-json/instinctor-smart-chat/v1/order`. Instinctor calls it when a visitor in the chat asks about an order and gives their order number and billing email. It returns the order's status, item names and quantities, total, date and tracking number. Addresses, phone numbers, payment details and order notes are never returned.
