     114This plugin bundles the Freemius SDK (in `vendor/freemius/`). Freemius is a third-party service provided by Freemius, Inc. Supportivo uses it for the opt-in connection, the deactivation feedback form, the upgrade and checkout flow, and Premium licensing and updates.

     116The SDK communicates with `api.freemius.com`, `wp.freemius.com` and `checkout.freemius.com`. The data sent, and when:

     118* **When an administrator accepts the opt-in screen:** the administrator's first name, last name and email address; the site's homepage URL and a hashed site identifier; the plugin and SDK versions; and whether the plugin is active and whether it is the Premium version. Two further groups are optional: the WordPress and PHP versions, site language and site title; and the names, slugs, versions and active status of installed plugins and themes.
     119* **After opting in:** when the plugin is deactivated or uninstalled, and during a periodic background sync, the SDK sends updated values of the data above, including whether the plugin is still active or has been uninstalled.
     120* **Deactivation feedback form:** if an administrator submits the form shown when deactivating the plugin, the selected reason and any comment (up to 128 characters) are sent. On a site that has not opted in, ticking "Anonymous feedback" sends them with only the hashed site identifier; otherwise they are sent together with the opt-in data listed above.
     121* **Upgrading to Premium:** the checkout is loaded from `checkout.freemius.com` when an administrator opens it, and the details entered there are sent to Freemius. Activating a Premium license sends the license key to Freemius, and the SDK's activation screen also requests the "License Essentials" permission, which covers the homepage URL, plugin version and SDK version. The Premium version contacts Freemius to check for and download updates.
