Release 0.1.15 — Tieraxo 0.1.15: Optimiser scans of large libraries no longer freeze the page, and rescans only read new or changed images. Pro adds a Convert button to the Media Library toolbar.

     5* Fixed: image dimensions in the Swap panel and Upload Triage could show a long decimal (for example "1791.818 × 1123.636 px"), because the browser sometimes reports a fractional size for a loaded image. They are now rounded to whole pixels.
     6* Fixed: activating a Pro licence failed, because the licence and download service moved from robsnow.eu (no longer online) to robart-illustration.eu. Tieraxo now uses the new address, and the readme, Upgrade page and sidebar links point there too.
