Release Easy Hide Admin Menu Items 1.4.0

Add drag-and-drop menu sorting, separator controls, and adjustable sidebar width.
Separate site-wide and personal preferences and enforce AJAX permissions.
Update translations, the plugin readme, and the seven directory screenshots.
Publish the 1.4.0 stable tag.
