CumpleConsent 1.0.20 - line endings: the two CSS files keep LF

The previous commit normalised them to CRLF by mistake (leftover from the script that changed the quotes). They are back to LF, which is how they were stored in the repository; the diff is now only the quote lines. No behaviour change.
