Release 2.8.6: cleanup safeguards, leftover detection and scheduled directory backups

     10- Explicit, batched emptying of Action Scheduler actions and logs, including pending and recurring jobs. Requires typing `PURGE` and deactivating plugins that load Action Scheduler; whole-queue deletion cannot be scheduled.
     11- Directory selection for site backups: choose immediate directories within `wp-content` or keep the entire tree. All authorized database tables remain included, and existing file exclusions still apply.
     12- Automatic backup controls on the Backups tab: save the selected directories and export methods with hourly, daily, weekly or monthly recurrence, and pause, resume or delete backup schedules.
