Release 1.2.8: fix photo/video uploads not attaching to reviews (empty comment_author_IP vs guest attach IP binding — success screen but no media in admin), honest thank-you screen for partial upload failures with Retry upload, photo webp variant URLs fixed (​http://pvr-reviews/...), Reply button in the details modal on surfaces without the reviews list (media gallery, hub, My Reviews, standalone form), product mini-card at the top of the details modal sidebar (gallery/hub/My Reviews context), mobile form fixes (product name wrap, input styling), updated banners
