readme.txt changelog v1.7.0: drop site-name reference

Lines 101 and 103 of readme.txt mentioned a specific site name. Per
user privacy preference, rewritten to use generic descriptors
(chunk1-misdiagnosis pattern / chunk1 bug).

Diagnostic behaviour unchanged.
