1.2.1: fix API key field triggering browser/password-manager autofill (was type=password, silently overwriting freshly pasted keys with old saved values, making a new key falsely appear revoked); fix the advertiser/ad-label badge overlapping an ad's caption title on creatives using the optional caption text added in 1.2.0.
