Line Numbers Alignment

Description
This is a great plugin, I'm using on my newest blog at the moment.
However, whenever I post code snippets with line numbers, after about line 2, the numbers don't quite line up with the code text lines. You can see the problem I'm experiencing here (http://wpthoughts.com/2009/02/coding-the-wordpress-loop-1/).
Its not a major issue, more something trivial.

I just looked at your blog, but I don't see the problem in Firefox 3, Safari 3.2, nor IE 7. What browser and version are your using?
The alignment is dependent on the line-height property in the stylesheet.
