Building Mode: Option to rebuild sitemap once per day

It would be neat if this plugin provides the option of rebuilding the sitemap not more than once per day, although more than one post or page was published per day (as to avoid over-submitting to the Search Engines).

In other words, was no post or page published -> sitemap remains as is. Were several posts or pages published per day -> sitemap file is being rebuilt *once* per day, and this at a certain time (ex., 12:00 a.m.).

I know we could do that manually; it would just be nice to have a third check box (in the Options under 'Building Mode') -- plus, eventually, enter a time -- so some of us have one task less on our to-do list. :-)

hi,

i have the similar idea and did some simple hacks to your plugins :)
for now, its predefined to rebuild the sitemap at 6 hours interval. please see the attached file, hope that will speed up your coding time.
