Podango message at the general settings page of podPress

Description

The Podango service is since 2008/2009 down and the attempts of podPress to get in contact with their API end in warning messages and long page loading in the blogs backend.

This patch contains a message which should explain the situation. This will be displayed beneath the Podango option at the general settings page of podPress.
