add the new 1pixelout Player to podPress

Description

The next version of podPress should have the updated ​1PixelOut MP3 player, too.

For podPress the player.swf has to be renamed with 1pixelout_player.swf.
There is a player.swf in the repository which is not used in one of the php files of podPress. It seems to me that this files is only a not renamed copy of the player.
